The final investigative report was submitted on February 7th, 2024 by investigator to the Title IX office for dissemination to the parties and their advisors.

Then on February 27th, there was a pre-conference hearing before the official conference meeting.

I do find that the complainant did not consent to the actions of the respondent and that his behavior was sufficiently severe to support the evidence of a hostile environment which interfered with the complainant's education at the college.
