Everybody's like, that seems weird, and then they taste it, and they're like, oh, my God.
Okay, so-
Amazing.
A plate full of raw spinach covering the entire bottom of the plate.

Then a plain baked potato placed in the middle there.
Sounds great.
You crack it open.

The potato with not salsa or anything other than pico de gallo.
I mean chunks of pico de gallo, which is sliced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, all that kind of stuff.
Like just chunks of it inside of the potato and the juice of the pico de gallo all over.
Soaks into the potato.
You slice up an avocado, you put the wedges around the potato, and then you take balsamic vinegar, I believe is what it is, and then you kind of drizzle that around.
And you must...
Take a piece of everything in each bite.
That's the rule.
Yes, it is so delicious.
And I beg anyone to argue with me.
