I think they are clearly tanking for next year.

If they don't get Malik Willis, I think you're right.

If they get Malik Willis, they're not taking.

And I don't think, outside of all of that, if you're a first-time head coach, you're Jeff Halfley, this is your first chance to be a head coach in the NFL.

The last thing you want is a 4-13 record on your resume.

That's not good enough.

They're going to have to be like 2-15.

I'm serious.

You don't want a 2-15 because it gets, unless the next season, like with Dan Campbell, turns around immediately and you're just outside of the playoffs and the next season you're winning double-digit games, it gets really hard to recover from that.
