So we're going to send it over to the Senate and force them to not do anything to shut the government down.

And it just doesn't work because

We're not putting out a message, unified message.

We ought to hold a press conference every day.

Every dadgum day, we ought to pass a bill dealing with the border.

Maybe the same bill every day.
