I honestly thought they were going to call up a catcher today.
They did not.
They called up an infield outfielder in Greg Jones.
I thought they were going to go with a catcher to kind of release, you know, Contreras not to have to catch so much.
Gary does well behind the plate.
He's obviously not as good as William Contreras, but he's good.
He's manageable.
You put him at first base.
He proved the other day.
He's a little bit of a liability in some ways.
But I think at DH and at pinch hitter, he's a game changer.
He is a literal game changer.
He's done it before.
A couple of years ago, brought him in against the Pirates facing Aroldis Chapman, goes oppo taco.
Then it went in the game.
That doesn't happen very often.
We all know that.
Then he did so well that he leads the Brewers.
You know, Brewers couldn't afford to keep him.
