You meet this guy one time and you realize he is the same guy that when you're talking to him, that he is on his press conferences as he is in the dugout, as he is with his family.
He is the same guy on the bus, on the plane, everywhere you go, he's the same guy.
And I played for a lot of managers.
I mean, Kevin, you can attest to this.
You had Rick sweet as a manager, right?
In Louisville coming up for a manager, you want a guy to be consistent.
You want him to be the same guy every single day, because if you come in, you don't want to know where you stand with this guy.
You're like, oh, is he like me today?
But he hated me yesterday.
Like you want consistency and that's where everything stems from.
And he
He is the most consistent person.
He's transparent.
He will tell you like it is.
He'll say when he's wrong, he'll say when he's right.
He'll tell you exactly what he thinks.
You're not playing good, he'll tell you.
And I'm telling you, it's good.
It's a way to live life, honestly.
