I put down three concerns I have for the 2026 schedule.
Obviously, the early bye week five, the pros are gives the Chiefs a little bit of breather and they can see what they have after the first quarter of the season.
But that's about as far as you can go to even get anything positive about having a week five bye.
So it's not a good situation for the Chiefs.
And then, like you said, they have 14 weeks of consecutive football to end the season.
After week two, the Chiefs only play three of 12 games at home.
And then the holiday hangover, you know, Thanksgiving at Buffalo.
And then you go home and you go travel all the way to L.A., which is another Thursday night.
So you really don't get that little mini bye there because you're playing seven days later instead of 10.
And then, of course, you go to Cincinnati, which is not an easy place for the Chiefs to play.
So those are my three main concerns for the bye.
You know, the three of 12 games at home after week two.
And then, of course, like you said, the holiday hangover where there's three games on the road in basically, you know, two and a half weeks, basically, when it comes down.
So that is a really rough, rough schedule.
Now, this is all predicated on whether Patrick Williams is healthy.
Everybody's talking about Patrick Williams is ready.
