He does not have the ability to shoot a shot like into a step back off the dribble in one-on-one coverage.
And think about it.

It's like just good enough if he's got time and he's squared up that you still have to close out on him.

He's getting six, seven, eight assists most nights.
He's efficient with his shooting.
Very tough.
He defends.
He does it all.
He just does not have an answer to being closely guarded if he can't get to the rim.
San Antonio does that about as well as any team in the league.
