He went back to the VFL, kicked six in the AFL Academy game on the weekend.
Really pleased with some of the work he did.
But mostly what you even mentioned, just getting up and down the ground.
I actually came and watched the Hawthorne game last night live and just watching some of what their half forwards do with Ginnabon and even Watson and how they play and how we can maybe implement some of the things that they're doing that we can add into our game but also improve.
continue educating our young boys around the importance of being able to get up the ground and get involved in the offense, but the ability to then also get back inside 50 and have an impact inside 50 and hit the scoreboard.
So Dover's been working on that.
Like I said, he went back and did that in the VFL really well.
And Durr, he's three years in.
We're starting to see some of his really strong attributes.
He's hit scoreboard impact the last...
You know, the four out of the five games that we played, he was a bit quiet on the weekend against Brisbane.
But we're really starting to see what type of play he can be.
You know, his aerial presence is fantastic.
It's one of his biggest attributes.
But his goal kicking, he's pretty accurate.
You know, if we can get him to get, you know, three or four shots a game while marking the ball or getting up and down the ground, you know, he'll continue to be a very good player for us in the future.
Yeah, I do.
He's been nominated or voted into the leadership group by his peers this year, and it's probably an area of his game where he probably didn't feel real comfortable, to be fair.
But, you know, he sees his responsibility within this group.
You know, he's at the age now where he's starting to, you know, really should be one of the premier midfielders of the competition, and I think we're starting to see that on a more regular basis, a more consistent basis.
