And so I find it difficult to trust the mechanism.

You're right.
There needs to be a response.
Number one, for those who are prescribing and where there is evidence there, there needs to be sufficient wraparound care for those people.
So, for example, semaglutide or tazepatide, there needs to be sufficient, really, partnership between allied health professionals around that wraparound care in terms of diet and exercise that goes along with these.
