And here's part of the reason that we're delayed when we dispatch our aircraft or helicopters or ground crews is the first thing that happens when a fire starts, it depends on where, but generally they pull out the land map and they figure out whose land is it. And they will literally argue over whose responsibility the fire is because it comes out of whoever's budget.
