You could aerosolize into the atmosphere from a drone, which would be obviously very devastating over a populated area like New Jersey or New York. Or they could be capable of carrying a dirty bomb or even a nuke. So that's one scenario. And that could... explain the hesitancy by the government to shoot them down.

You know, the balloon that floated across the United States, that was, China said they didn't intend for it to go that way, that the jet stream picked it up, whatever. You can't make that claim with a drone. No, yeah, that's very... So that would be war. And that would explain why there would be a hesitancy from the government to engage. I'm not sure that's the case. It is a possibility.
