So from a biblical perspective, I think we need to ask the question, does the Bible, how do I want to phrase this? I'm trying to think how I phrase this in my book. Does the Bible preclude, let's say, let's start on the negative. Does, with a negative proposition, does the Bible preclude the possibility of extraterrestrial life.
In other words, can we open the Bible and read it and then draw the conclusion, no, there's no extraterrestrial life. Is that possible? I think that the answer to that is no, it's not. It's impossible. I believe that when you read the scriptures, that the narrative presumes, rather than precludes, it presumes the existence of extraterrestrial beings and extraterrestrial life. What do I mean?

Because clearly, human beings are not the only sentient creatures, sentient beings in the universe. Right, and that's in Scripture. Right. So, I mean, we have these things called angels. And the word angel is not, it doesn't describe the nature of a being. It's an occupational descriptor. It just describes what that entity does. And it's not even used exclusively of non-human beings in the Bible.

It's also used of human beings. It's malak. in Hebrew and angelos in Greek, and it just means a messenger, an envoy, one who is sent. That's all it means. So the Bible does something very interesting. It doesn't give us any insight into these beings, but it does let us know unequivocally that they exist. Right.

And it also lets us know, it also informs us, not only do they exist, they pre-exist us, and they are non-terrestrial. Right. And that is... I mean, that's pretty good evidence. That is conclusive in the biblical narrative. So these beings who are not us, who the Bible describes as angels, definitely, biblically speaking, preexist us. And they are non-terrestrial.

In other words, they are not from the earth. We know this as a matter of fact. If you read the book of Job, for example, you read that the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy when God was forming the earth or reforming the earth. Oh. However you have it. However you would have it. I personally believe reforming the earth in that context. And

So right there, that statement alone, we could derive just from that statement that there is an angelic race of beings who were around a lot longer than we were because in that context, the human beings are not on the scene yet. Adam and Eve haven't been created.

And our is the Elohim, by the way.
