A 68-year-old accused of inappropriately touching two boys while directing a series in Albuquerque between 2022 and 2024.
He has denied the claims.
A lawyer for Busfield saying in a statement, this prosecution appears driven by something other than the facts or the law.
Adding Mr. Busfield will fight these charges at every stage and looks forward to testing the state's case in open court where evidence matters, not behind closed doors.
