Because women empowerment, as a mother, as a daughter, as a wife, as a whatever, so many different roles. It's really how can we empower women to create, to build capabilities, to create capacities, to break the ceiling and help them achieve their aspiration. For example, when we talk about flexible work arrangement, technology plays a good part in this to enable women to be able to work from home or work remotely so that they can juggle their different roles.
