But if you just think about making that stadium work.
Like right now, if you went out and the NFL has a game, you're going to have a national radio broadcast, maybe.
Maybe a Spanish broadcast, network radio broadcast, and a TV broadcast.
That's what you're going to have.
They're going to have dozens of countries emanating a broadcast from the stadium.
In outside, not to mention whoever is going to get the primo position, probably, you know, the American broadcast here or whatever.
And then like maybe if it's Algeria, they'll be inside for their game, but maybe not.
And, you know, the other one, all of that stuff.
And listen, they've done a nice job fixing that stadium up, but it is still.
50-plus years old, and they're going to have to be putting stuff all over the place to make it work.

And a lot of these places where they're doing this don't have the acres of parking lot to do what they're going to do in Kansas City.
Most NFL stadiums have quite a bit of parking around, but not like...
Not quite as convenient as Kansas City's parking.
But there's not going to be that many people that can actually park out there.
And by the way, I know all the tickets are expensive.
But relative to what is already a giant price, if you don't have the expensive seats amongst what are already expensive tickets, you're not parking there.
