And we're playing it in order.

We're just stopping and kind of discussing at these points that I think are a good point to talk about what we've heard in the first couple of three minutes.

So we'll just kick this off.

This is the beginning.

They finally get in there and we get organized and we start talking.

And this is how it all began.

So that last voice was Brooke Sherman.

So there's a there's a lot kind of going on there because, you know, the questions were kind of here and there.

And, you know, that that question about Washington Square Park, you know, for months we thought Washington Square Park meant a baseball stadium at Washington Square Park.

And it was yesterday.

We're like, OK, not Washington Square Park.

Yeah.

And he said yes, and then I think they realized, maybe not.

I think that's much more likely.

I think that's what happened.

Than the other.

That's what I think.

And, you know, listen, this is a weird situation.

We didn't have a lot of time.

It wasn't like you could just ask two questions in a row or anything like that.
