If you're a great player, like 90% of the guys who are great players at small school level, obviously it's kind of hard because every year you want to find those small school guys. But there's not many of them anymore because they're all playing against... They all transferred. They graduated.

And it's not just watching, it's the background checks and it's, you know, figuring out who they are as the person and all that. And he's like this year at 30. Yeah.

The senior bowl is the great equalizer for a lot of these guys, though. Honestly, I don't know that a lot of guys would have been drafted as high, and I don't know that people would have understood that, oh, they're capable. That's why it's so important. The East-West Shrine game, the senior bowl. The offensive linemen are the toughest, right?
