So anyway, I'm reading a lot of stuff on marketing funnels, but it's not great.

I'm just grabbing tidbits here and there.

The most recent, I'm not studying one now, but the most recent I studied was Steve Jobs.

Read a couple different novels, not novels, sorry, his life reads like a novel.

You know, read a couple different biographies on him, one better than another, but I find him a fascinating character.

Varies.

Um, I try to, um, some, I don't sleep in at all.

So it's just a function of when I go to bed, I try to get eight.

Sometimes I'll get as low as six, rarely under six.

What do you wish your 20 year old self knew?

Buy more income-producing real estate.

I love that.

By the way, income-producing real estate on a fully amortizing fixed-rate mortgage.

Very important.

Do not buy it on garbage loans.

It's just a question of time until you own it.

It's a cashflow machine for life.

Adjust for inflation.

Well, the deals are never the numbers.
