I went through. Even though it wasn't the position I originally applied for, I went through a multi-month process, but for NSA, it was basically two months. And then I started going up. I kept getting, I kept making the cut to the point where I made the cut. Two of us made the cut with the person I ultimately reported to when I was hired and I got hired.

In fact, all the jobs I had when I was at NSA over a six and a half year period, my supervisor was always reporting to the top deck, the civilian head, which was the deputy director, who then reported to the director as a military head.
