Who had the fanciest stand and all the little things they would give away, and some got really fancy.

And then they would usually get swallowed up by some bigger company. I saw all this happen all in front of me. So I'm sitting there February of 2001. NSA was under huge pressure because they weren't solving the problem, to say it simply. Huge pressure from stakeholders and other studies like you got to do something. Maybe you need to stir up the gene pool.
