Share with the audience what your background is and what you do.
So I'm from Broward County, born and raised.
Family was from Brooklyn, came down here.
My grandparents retired here.
I went to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, you know, where the horrible shooting was at.
I got elected really young.
I got elected to the Parkland City Commission when I was 25.
I was the youngest elected official in the state at the time.
And, you know, the rest is really history.
Wound up in the state house.
I was there during the shooting.
And then this guy, Ron DeSantis, won for governor.
I didn't vote for him, didn't support him.
