The Russians gave them technology to improve the tracking system, along with they gave them the targeting information on the ground.

So if Russia is giving that to Iran and they are so pissed at us about Ukraine, do you think they're also giving them a map of the undersea cables?

Do you think Russia's got better intel on the undersea cables than Iran does?

And so what do you got to do about this?

You either have to be more ruthless than the other guy and push it all the way over in a war that got far deeper than you wanted or.
