And it's obviously not, you know, it's not recorded.
He is actually years later, he's never, never charged by the FBI.
Up until a few years ago, he was actually still managing money for pensions and endowments.
Like he was one of the worst actors.
It was never charged.
And so it is what it is.
He's a winner.
Right.
And this isn't a how-to for insider trading.

But it's sort of like... So, yeah, so he's never charged.
I told them what happened.
They're like, so they were apologizing.
So sorry you were in that situation.
And we didn't follow up with that guy.
And so, you know, I guess the AOSA didn't pursue that case or whatever.
And then eventually...
So two months after that, 2009, late 2009, middle of the crisis,
20 guys are in handcuffs on CNBC.
