So if we have a country that absolutely will not take them back, at the end of six months, we got a decision to make. Either we move them to a cooperating third country but we have to release them unless we can prove. Why not send them to Mexico? If they came through, why don't Mexico deal with it?

I don't think so. I think China, these people came here for a purpose. As you know, you've done a lot of reporting and they got land around military bases. They're setting up a shadow business here.
