My thing around champions is they don't stay the same the whole way through.

We have to give champions the space to evolve.

And three or four, just when they look like they're diminished, the true greats make the adjustments within the games.

And then through force of will, they return themselves like this.

That was his answer to it.

And it's too casual.

It's too casual with champions across any sport.

They find a way.

You give them space to evolve.

But what we shouldn't do is rush them into either retirement or out.
