So they are riding on four losses now, and it doesn't look good for them.

And at that point, even just speaking to some other Australian players, IPL-bound Australian players, there was this feeling that the IPL would be a bit of a safe space for Cam Green.

I mean, because the franchises are very good at not protecting their players, but protecting

controlling how much media exposure their players get over there right i mean there will be ad shoots and all of that but you know in terms of interviews and all of that so i also thought that oh this is a good two and a half month period for him to just focus on his cricket just you know focus on his t20 cricket and not worry about doing too much media and all he had to do was perform but unfortunately for him that hasn't happened and that's brought in a lot of scrutiny and then

because of where the IPL is now, Tom, there was a time early on when as a foreign cricketer, you didn't perform, you didn't perform.

But now there is this whole Indianization of the IPL where if you are a foreign cricketer and you have been paid a lot of money and you don't perform, they all come after you.

And I mean, not the franchise themselves, but the former cricketers, all the experts on TV and

in all the regional stations as well.

So it can't be easy being Cam Green right now.
