So one of the things I did in my first few months was sitting down with the players, I started to talk to them about what role do we have in growing the game?
It's really important.
We're partners in the game through the CBA.
It's really important for the players to play a role in the continued growth of the game.
So I asked that question.
And one of the things that was really strongly put forward by the players, we want to give more of ourselves.
We're actually really happy to show a little bit more of our personality, to give a bit more perspective on the game.
Post-game interviews, particularly when you're in a losing team, are one of those opportunities.
The writer on that, the major concern with that is when we do that, there are examples where it's used against us.
