Jake Nile wrote it about...
The Doctors Association coming out to bat for the doctors and the medical team at Carlton.
I maintain, Cain and Kingy, that if they do get sanctioned, it's more likely to be a smaller sanction or a heavily suspended sanction than a massive whack.
Because I do think there is some empathy, if that's the right word, from senior people at the AFL around Carlton, not knowingly
doing anything wrong by any of their players.
And I understand that.
I understand that.

So Jai Kali confirmed ACL at Melbourne.
No good for him.
No good for the Ds either.
Xavier Lindsay, not listed anywhere at the Ds on the injury list, but he has a groin.
He's one to two weeks away.
Mark Blizzard's lateral ligaments in his knee.
Geelong's quietly confident it's not too serious, but scans today will determine that.
Reef McInnes, ASCL in the VFL for Collingwood, no good as well, but he's contracted for another year.
Rory Lobb trained last Wednesday, had a hammy scan.
He'll miss three to four weeks.
