Yeah, and it actually got worse.
It got a lot worse for a long time.
And to the point where people were saying, like you said, bread was the enemy.
And I would always go out there and preach, why have human beings been eating bread this whole time?
And now when it's my time to have some toast... I can't get a good piece of bread.

It wasn't a bad product, honestly.
Once I started making it, I couldn't believe because I would shop for my family all the time and thinking I was getting them nice bread because of the, you know, the wooden β
logo, you know, and it looked like it was carved in country and then 50 ingredients.
And then when I started baking bread, it was like, oh, this is, it's like when you travel and you eat a real piece of fruit someplace, you know, if you go to the islands or something, you're like, oh, my, this is... You don't want to eat it anymore.
This is not what's in my supermarket.
It was the same kind of thing of just eating this real bread.
And there was just no going back.
It was just, but the thing, you know, as I've been doing it and it's just kind of grown and people started knowing me for bread and this podcast, I just, I just, I can't, I don't really truly understand how it's taken over my life.
