It's really hard.
When I started looking into, when I started baking and touring around and I would visit bakers and stuff, and I kind of went into it like, yeah, maybe one day I'll do that.
A bake shop sounds so cute.
And you see these people just getting up at 2 in the morning.
Just, you know, I would always naively walk in and see a case filled with pastries and think, oh, isn't this nice that these are here?
How did they get here?
Somebody was in here in the dark ignoring their family.
