lesson learned um by the way i actually almost did a pop-up in san francisco and i don't it's not like i'm saying don't go sorry in business friends but don't with your friends no specifically but listen lesson learned over here katie can we tell this to the audience what what you just said but directed at the audience you guys be very wary of going into a high stakes business with the lease with your friends and i'm not talking trash i learned a lot it was a very valuable lesson
