It's a hotbed of left-wing activism.

That's kind of where I'm going with this because I like to do at least one culture war story so people fight in the comments and it brings your numbers up.

I don't really care.

I don't have a dog in the fight of the culture war.

But what's weird about UC Berkeley, I've never been there, but my understanding is that it's so part of the left-wing kind of activism is so part of the culture there that it doesn't even limit itself to the college students.

Like the entire town of people who aren't even like taking political science classes at Berkeley or whatever are kind of like hip deep in like the left-wing activism.

And that's exactly what it was like for 34-year-old Casey Goonan.

He's gooning.

He wasn't even a student at UC Berkeley.

I guess he was occasionally.

He took some classes here and there.

But just a grown guy, like a grown man who's like really into kind of like fighting the power, you know.

right?
