Well, or that you don't have to worry about the homeowner because if they were involved in this whole thing, they would have sold it.
Like they probably just thought, ah, that probably is not even worth it.
Like I'm not going to go through, try and sell this thing and pay off the taxes because I'm barely going to get any money if any money at all.

If he'd taken a plea, it probably would have been like two years or something like that.

It only irritates the judge when you do that.
I would say six to seven years.
