I remember my first day in sales more than my first day in the warehouse.
Sales is tough, huh?
Yeah, baby, because, you know, the warehouse, you know, I was a little unfamiliar, but I felt, you know, I could probably put stuff in a box.
Talking to a customer for the first time on the phone now, that got my heart racing.
Okay, so I've been working at the office a little over a year, so this is going to be 1988.
First, no, probably February of 89.
I've been through a week of training.
My sales trainer is amazing.
Of course, I was raised on the stuff, so you think I would know what I'm talking about.
A week of training, the phone rings.
