So in high school, we had architecture as an elective, which was kind of unique.

Yeah, my high school used to have, like,

uh, auto shop and wood shop and like all these, you know, like when my, my parents were in high school, that was like a normal thing.

And, you know, they took all that away, but we still had architecture.

So I took that from freshman year to senior year of high school, uh, learned how to, you know, use the CAD software and design houses and, um, you know, do all the drawings and stuff.

I really liked that.

I still actually have a passion for that.

Um, my uncle's an architect.

I, you know, after talking to him for a while, he was like, if, if you knew the number of lab hours I had to do, um, he went to the university of Oregon at Oregon.

There's no way like playing a sport and doing that was feasible.

Um, so I of course decided to do something way easier, mechanical engineering.

Um, no, I was, uh,

My freshman year, I'm like, what do I want to study?

I'm like, everyone, like the easy route, and not to say that communications is easy.

But that is what a lot of the athletes would go and do.

They'd go and do communications or a poli-sci or something where there wasn't lab hours that take them away from practice and office hours.

But I was like, I don't want to do that.

I still want to feel challenged in school, and this is what I enjoy doing.

So I went to engineering route.

I'll be honest, it was a struggle with baseball.
