They do in the Gulf, right?
Because of our addiction to fossil fuels, because of the global economy that we built, right?
So I'm not blaming them for having that money.
Countries like Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and others, they just have a lot of cash to throw at things.
And one of the sad things, and we'll kind of get to the Epstein et al in a second here,
is just Americans, we're like moths to a flame, right?
I mean, this is a connective tissue between the Saudi real estate investment conference with special guest Hillary Clinton or whomever and this.
Different scale.
I don't want to... Hillary taking a speaking fee is not the same as trading way chips survive.
But the common thread essentially is that like...
what the Gulf has figured out.
And I actually don't blame them for this.
I mean, I blame them for other things.
Emirati is what they're doing in Sudan, which we'll get to.
But of course, if you have that much money and there are people who are just willing to trade away, you're going to do it.
And so this calls for real structural reform of corruption in the U.S.
government.
If the Democrats can ever claw back power, that has to be part of the agenda.
