It's like, so he would have guys, right, that he knows he can have that banter with, but he wouldn't have it with others, you know, for whatever reason.
So it's like utilising your other coaches for like attacking plays, defensive and stuff, and you've got to really get to know each individual player to get the best out of them.
And he can have the full trust in those guys that he knows that they're going to do a good job.
So leaving the Broncos, man, like obviously Wayne, you ended up under him again.
But what was that like for you obviously having that connection with probably the greatest coach of all time and then having to leave that and adapt to a different scenario?
Did you struggle a bit with that?
Yeah, so it's like close to family and you could see that there was potentially some good growth in the club that you could be part of something, you know, moving forward.
