I'd imagine, Joe, it has a huge impact because if you look at, you know, you've Dean Rock heading it up.
Dean Rock has no experience in terms of heading up any team, I would imagine.
So that's a huge, huge...
challenge for him and I know they're probably a collective say coach wise probably Dean Rock isn't doing the coaching inside with the team but at the same time when your main man isn't there and Ger Brennan has the experience uh with Lout but also at college level he is he knows he has a confidence Ger Brennan carries a confidence with him and an age to him that has to be sorely uh
missed in the dressing room.
They're probably doing the same.
The philosophy stays the same.
The plan stays the same.
Their focus stays the same.
But then you flip it over, they're not the same Dublin.
We all know they're not the same Dublin that they were.
The thing that's jumping out at me most is the defence.
They conceded four goals there against Louth.
That's killing them.
It's absolutely killing them.
If you look at some of the way and some of the attempts made in defence, I think they'll still create, they still have enough, the way the rules are set up, as long as they can get a grip around the middle of the field, they will have enough shots to hurt teams.
But if they don't tidy up at the back, I think they'll probably have a good draw because Cavan are struggling themselves and they are hit with injuries also.
It's probably the right fixture for them and it's no harm for them to come out of Dublin as well.
Everything is amiss there, Joe.
But we knew this was coming down the tracks.
