It is not easy to be a fan of a UWL women's basketball team when coach just lost her son and you see the pain and anguish on the sidelines and you see the energy that comes out of some of the girls and you think, oh, man, this is a heavy moment for everybody.
He's not in the community of the women's basketball team, like in the game.
Instead, he's in the stands watching it with the fans and family.
And it's that disconnect sometimes with fathers.
And I think that that's beautiful because I'm a father of two.
And when Alex comes to my house, my kids wrestle him.
And Coach Mo is running around, chasing my kids around my house where I'm like, no running.
