And then I put things in categories.
I have companies in categories.

family life in a category, my body's in a category.
And every week I predetermine what are the most important outcomes for the week.
But when you do that, you are able to have that concentration of power.
And where I am, I'm there 1 million percent.
And I found that skill of concentration doesn't have to be just one thing.
