All right, so here's a quick rundown.

Springfield Armory and Rock River, not to be confused with Rock Island, Rock River, are Illinois-based companies, and they tried to do a deal with the government of Illinois to

not fight a anti-gun bill if they got a cutout for the bill so the bill wouldn't apply to them.

But what it would have done was screwed over every FFL in the state of Illinois.

Word leaked out that they were agreeing to this while we were at NRA.

Because NRA show opens on Thursday and Springfield Armory's booth was packed on Thursday.

Friday, crickets.

Nobody was there when that news came out.
