This is a bit of a science.

There are reasons that nobody plays 48 minutes a game unless it's in the playoffs.

And there are reasons that nobody plays an entire second half.

It's because the human body's limits make it so that they've deduced in basketball that there are diminishing returns when somebody gets so tired that they're playing all the time.

So we'll never again have Will Chamberlain's number of playing all the minutes ever.
