And so we'll just take a little bit of time to somatically, mindfully work through these little micro engagements, which helps us become more aware of the body.
Not only that, it becomes an extra little pump in your body.
You know that your heart's there trying to pump the blood and nutrient through, but the more you get the extremities going, it just helps your heart flush the blood and everything all the way out to the extremities.

Whatever it is, there's so many things that could be happening.
Just know that the more you wiggle your toes, everybody's so afraid to touch their feet sometimes.
The more that you just start to play and start to give it some TLC, there's bound to be a positive effect in some way.
And then the class just continues to grow.
And it's always based off your breath first.
Because if we can make the breath the primary focus, and if you think about this as a vehicle,
Your body is a vehicle, and you want to always make sure that you have quality fuel in your vehicle to make it run.
And so the more mindful I am about the breath I'm taking in, and I let that be the foundation of the practice, A, my mind's not going to be as reactive and going, oh, I have that thing that's hurting over in my shoulder.
I'm going to go, oh, but how can I lean into that and start to understand what that means for me?
And I think maybe a little caveat here that's important to state is yoga, from my perspective, there's lots of opinions out there.
to allow people to go, is that a pressure that is good for me or is that going to take me to some place that could become injurious?
