He goes out there, and it looks like an abandoned house.
And when he's there, he can tell something's up.

The back story is the victim who gets called out to give the estimate, his name is Bobby Caldwell.
The new boyfriend of his ex-wife, his name is Sterling Roberts.
So Sterling and Bobby used to have issues.
They used to have issues going back to early childhood.
