so essentially what was going on why because he was involved somehow he wasn't involved in the homicide of uh of of his dad but while this investigation is going on bobby's family is actually has like temporary custody of him and his older brother and his younger brother and he wants nothing to do with these people so we didn't think that he had been kidnapped or anything but he had been gone for he had disappeared for
probably at least a year, if not longer.
Um, that being said, come to find out later on in our case, um, uh, Tawny's one of Tawny's relatives was, was keeping him.
And, and he was, I think at one point he was like living in an attic somewhere.
So the police would go check, you know, family's residences for him.
And there were times, I think the police actually went there looking for this kid and this young kids actually living in the attic, like
you know up there and again frank exactly but anne frank with a bunch of you know mountain dew and twizzlers and stuff like that that 12 year old kids eat so um so now we have the homicide investigation we're trying to
figure out who did what in the planning and execution and Tawny's family.
And then now we've got this missing kid as well.
So I have a question.

And they understand what's happening.
They know what's happening, and they were later convicted for their part in this federally.
You know, that's obviously, you know, years down the road because this case took forever.
But that being said, yeah, there was, you know, like suspected drugs and things like that, mainly with Sterling and Tawny.
I think they were pretty well known meth, excuse me, meth users.
And then Sterling's idiot brothers.
