We worked two jobs, so it was very difficult for him to – and I can't force him to come in and talk to me by any means.

So I was essentially –

you know, working at his schedule.

So ended up the only time that he was really available to do it was October 9.

And that same day, I had drafted up search warrants for, or the house that they resided in together for her vehicle that we that we found, and then his truck and things like that.

So while these search warrants are starting to go on, I'm sitting down for

you know, hour, hour and a half talking to him, but it's probably closer to two hours actually.

while you've got him busy is that that he was aware okay he was aware there was really no way to be able to do this without you know advising him and he was cooperative it wasn't he wasn't trying to you know argue the the probable cause of the warrants or anything like that he was very matter-of-fact and you know let me sit down with you let me give you my timeline he came in voluntarily without a lawyer anything like that and he was you know at the time cooperative with us so

You know, I sat there and basically it was just my biggest goal was to, you know, get this person's timeline really locked down and then obviously get their backstory.

How long have they been together?

You know, their history with their children.

They had one child in common.

And then Cheryl's oldest daughter was from a previous relationship.

So so he had a stepdaughter, the oldest one, and then the youngest daughter was his biological daughter.

then he gave me a lot more insight into their you know relationship and how she was you know his words not mine you know kind of promiscuous and things like that and so basically i i you know obviously he's not taking any type of i i didn't have anything to do with this i don't i don't know where she's at and uh at that time i can't say you know

Obviously, he's a person of interest, but everybody's a person of interest technically within the family.

So the days following that, a lot of video was starting to come in, and video from the parking lot where she parked.

It was next door to a Kroger grocery store, so we were able to pull video from there.

And it shows that like around 11.09 in the morning,

morning that she disappeared which was tuesday the second so we know she took her daughter to stevens high school which is ironically the school i went to but anyways she dropped her daughter off around seven o'clock in the morning along with her daughter's friend she then goes back home and she's on facebook you know making sharing memes and stuff like that around 7 15
