And we were able to talk to these people.

They were all very cooperative.

And, you know, one of which came in, one of which was phone interviewed.

And, you know, Cheryl's, the guy that she was seeing, he was a truck driver.

and i believe his is like over the road records or whatever show that he was actually out of state the day that she disappeared so he wasn't even in town and then another guy that she was allegedly speaking to he lives in a different state anyways and there's no evidence that he was ever even in this area so we as investigators can't really focus a lot on them because

we have definitive reason to believe that they had nothing to do with this.

It was contentious but not violent.

We weren't getting any types of, you know, Cheryl said that there was any violence.

There was nothing like that.

Is he describing the relationship differently than her friends?

No, he was pretty much telling the same story that the friends were saying, that they were not in a good place with each other.

They weren't really talking.

Again, he had taken this trip to Florida.

He had just got back the day just hours, actually, before she disappeared.

By all accounts, him and his daughter got back around, I think, their flight.

I think they got back to Riverside like 9.30, 10 o'clock in the evening on Monday evening, which was October 1st.

And then her cell phone kind of goes off.

blank at 7.15 on Tuesday the 2nd.

So again, they got back hours before.

One interesting thing that we found out in our investigation was it was a secret.
