Well, now she can't get out of it.
because here comes grand jury and these are evidence.
I'm using these jail calls as evidence and she has to get up in front of a grand jury and later at the trial and be like, yeah, I said this and yeah, I had knowledge that he did that.
And basically she just wrecked this guy.
If it wouldn't have been for her doing that, I don't know if we would have, we may have still got a conviction, but it would have been very, very difficult.
But I don't think there was a lot of people at the prosecutor's office that did not like me doing that.
Why, I don't know.
Nothing illegal about it.
I'm not, you know, I'm just kind of being a scumbag doing what I'm doing.
But, you know, hey, if it solves a murder, it solves a murder.
So, unfortunately, in the Sheryl's disappearance, there was never anybody locked up in jail that I could dissect some jail calls or anything like that.
So I was at a, you know, a little bit of a disadvantage there, too, because...
people slip up and they say dumb stuff on jail calls.
You know, they forget they're being recorded sometimes.
I guess so.
There was a lot of theories on Facebook that, you know, we live in a small town and the wild stuff that you hear is, you know.
One of the big things was the reason that the case was never solved was because me and him, we were buddies, and there was a wild theory that we were spotted together at a Bengals game after, you know, like mid-investigation.
Right.
And there was, like, witnesses that said that they saw me and this guy at a โ because I'm a huge Bengals fan.
I guess people may have figured that out with, you know, my Facebook page or something like that.
