The Anthropic Fellowship has been going really well.
Goodfire Anthropic invested in recently.
They're doing a lot of interpretability work or just applied directly to us.
There's just so many interpretability projects that are like there's so much low-hanging fruit and we need more people and I don't think we have much time Yeah, I also want to make a plug for performance engineering.
And if you have broad, deep electrical engineering skills, I think you can probably come up to speed pretty fast on accelerator stuff.
So I want to ask the flyball question that I heard before of why should ordinary people care about this book?
Like, why should my mom buy and read the book?
I do like how the book is sliced up by different topics and across interviews.
So it does seem like a nice way to listen to all of the interviews in one digestible way.
Yeah, the only other thing that stood out to me as well is the introduction section.

Yeah, that was really the only thing that was noteworthy.
I just mean it stood out in accessibility.
Is the introduction section and the diagrams for like all the different inputs that enable you to train a machine learning model.
Stripe Press books are also just beautiful and have these nice like side captions for explaining what parameters are, what a model is, these sorts of things.
